Clients of Wood Farm Vets may request any on-going medication for their pet via the form on the right hand side.

 

This request will be reviewed by one of our vets and subsequently approved or denied.

If your request has been denied, one of our receptionists will be in touch to discuss the reason.

Please allow at least 24 hours before collecting the requested medication.

Please understand that it is a requirement by law that your animal be seen by a vet every 6 months in order to receive medication for him/her.
